Key Role in Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention

  • A leading organization is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join their team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organizations to achieve their potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will utilize their specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment, making a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

Key responsibilities include supporting clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services, minimizing the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services, and taking responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
