Konekt seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
  • Deliver prevention, rehabilitation, and training services to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability.
