**Job Title:** Direct Care Provider
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Provider to join our team. As a Direct Care Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct support services to assigned individuals, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household management.
* Coordinate village-based services to ensure individuals have access to necessary resources and support.
* Work closely with Traditional Council to ensure individuals are safe and well.
* Meet regularly with individuals and their families to address issues related to self-sufficiency.
**Requirements:**
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Criminal background clearance.
* Tuberculin clearance at time of employment and annually thereafter.
