- Possess postgraduate qualifications in IT, business, or a related field, or demonstrate significant progress towards such qualifications, coupled with extensive relevant experience. An equivalent combination of experience and education/training will also be considered.
- Demonstrate significant hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.
- Showcase substantial experience in business analysis and requirements gathering across ERP platforms. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct analysis, produce solution designs, and prioritize delivery in alignment with agreed service expectations.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to conceptualize, establish, and implement new initiatives and innovative solutions. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and precise user and functional specifications. Additionally, possess strong interpersonal skills for effective mentoring, functional leadership, and communication with diverse stakeholders.
