Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to lead our media and content efforts across three diverse portfolios. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our storytelling and narrative for media, industry, government, and community audiences.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to enhance our reputation and align with strategic priorities, managing a team to deliver high-quality content and respond to media inquiries.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts and specialist media to create relevant, strategically aligned content that meets high editorial standards across multiple platforms.
• Oversee content distribution strategies to maximize reach, monitor performance, and adjust tactics for optimal engagement.
• Provide expert advice on media and content development, collaborate across units, and ensure alignment with our communication goals, including occasional after-hours support.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can quickly grasp complex topics and solve problems effectively under tight deadlines, ensuring a consistently high standard of work. You will possess excellent editorial judgment and a creative flair for crafting innovative content across multiple platforms, including video and digital media.

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and advisory skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to work collaboratively to build support for new approaches and drive successful outcomes.
