We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Queensland team, supporting our extensive customer base across the region.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Reference Customer Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers, helping to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Sales and Service Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed targets related to customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Provide regular feedback to the sales, global product support, and management teams to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Regional Support: Offer cross-border and regional support when required, helping to expand the company's reach and presence.

You'll be part of a small and efficient service team, working together to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position within the after-sales service business, preferably in the medical diagnostic/life science markets.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work independently and in a structured environment.
  • Strong time management, tool management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing customer relationships and meeting/exceeding sales and service targets.
