Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital workflows, technical support, and services that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development
Create complex digital workflows, technical support, and services using ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with approved software specifications and business requirements.
Technical LeadershipProvide high-level advice to senior management and external stakeholders on the delivery of and technical direction for ServiceNow across the department.
Solution DeliveryDevelop and implement effective project and resource management plans to deliver technical solutions and provide technical advice and support where required.
Documentation and GovernanceMaintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes at an enterprise level to ensure effective governance arrangements for ServiceNow implementations and improvements.
Performance Analysis and ImprovementAnalyse service delivery performance to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the ServiceNow Platform and enterprise workflows that create and extend business benefits, optimise cost and performance of services, and mitigate technical and business risks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience and Certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow, including certification as a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Knowledge and SkillsDeep understanding of ServiceNow, ITIL 4 Foundations, and Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) principles and practices.
Certifications and TrainingPossession of or willingness to obtain relevant certifications and training in ServiceNow, ITIL, and KCS.

Salary Information
