The Role

This is a unique opportunity for hospitality professionals to showcase their exceptional service skills in a dynamic corporate environment. Located in Sydney, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding coffee and food service to high-profile clients on corporate floors, including internal meeting rooms. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role requires a professional with above-average customer service skills, full working rights in Australia, and the ability to commit to the role for more than three months.

Requirements
  • Above average customer service skills.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia and the ability to commit to the role for more than three months.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or Boardroom Waiter in Sydney, specifically in boardroom service and corporate waiter roles within a corporate pantry in Australia, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in coffee machine maintenance & grind adjusting.
  • Ability to create latte art.
  • Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a part of a dynamic and experienced team.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
  • A track record of being reliable, punctual and dedicated.
  • A strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
  • An outgoing personality.

The Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus superannuation and fantastic hourly rates.
