The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be warm and welcoming, and have a passion for providing personalized experiences.

This role involves assisting guests with their queries, offering recommendations on local attractions, and ensuring seamless luggage handling. The ambassador will also be responsible for maintaining the hotel's high standards of customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to offer personalized recommendations
  • Assist with luggage handling, ensuring efficient and courteous service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards
