Job Title: Sydney Office Ambassador/ReceptionistAbout the Role:
  • You will manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding in our newly commissioned Sydney office.
  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues.
  • Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars.
  • Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations.
  • Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks.
  • Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups.
  • Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
  • Diploma degree or above.
  • 1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and applications.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
