  • Lead and manage corporate service operations in Sydney, aligning with the Firm's Corporate Services Strategy
  • Develop and implement national corporate hospitality projects, driving process improvements with national alignment
  • Oversee a corporate office and deliver services of the highest standard across business services, corporate hospitality, premises & facilities management, and search & lodgement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve practices, policies, procedures and service offerings nationally to create efficiency and operational excellence
  • Lead, coach and develop team leaders, building a high performance culture where team members are engaged and inspired
  • Build enduring relationships, partnering with senior leaders at MinterEllison

We welcome professionals with:

  • 8+ years of leadership and operational management experience in a large corporate environment
  • Project management skills including documentation and collaboration with other Business Operations functions
  • Change management, negotiation and strong communication skills
  • Corporate hospitality knowledge and experience
  • Management of workplace operations and space management software experience
  • Premises/facilities management and Business services delivery experience is desirable
