Drive strategic outcomes for corporate service operations in Sydney, supporting senior leaders to create exceptional employee and client experiences.
As a highly valued employee at MinterEllison, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage corporate service operations in Sydney, aligning with the Firm's Corporate Services Strategy
- Develop and implement national corporate hospitality projects, driving process improvements with national alignment
- Oversee a corporate office and deliver services of the highest standard across business services, corporate hospitality, premises & facilities management, and search & lodgement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve practices, policies, procedures and service offerings nationally to create efficiency and operational excellence
- Lead, coach and develop team leaders, building a high performance culture where team members are engaged and inspired
- Build enduring relationships, partnering with senior leaders at MinterEllison
We welcome professionals with:
- 8+ years of leadership and operational management experience in a large corporate environment
- Project management skills including documentation and collaboration with other Business Operations functions
- Change management, negotiation and strong communication skills
- Corporate hospitality knowledge and experience
- Management of workplace operations and space management software experience
- Premises/facilities management and Business services delivery experience is desirable
