
HR Transformation Specialist

A seasoned professional is sought after to fill a pivotal role that requires strategic support, coaching, and collaboration to achieve strong people results.
This position involves managing a heavy ER/IR portfolio including investigations, disputes, performance management, and complex casework, while providing expert advice to leaders on achieving positive workforce outcomes.
Responsibilities- Manage ER/IR portfolio by conducting thorough investigations, handling disputes, and addressing complex cases in accordance with employment legislation.
- Provide informed guidance to senior leaders on effective ER/IR strategies, influencing outcomes, and fostering relationships that drive successful business partnerships.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives and future-focused projects such as workforce planning, technology improvements, and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with other Business Partners and payroll specialists to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Depth of experience in ER/IR, interpreting industrial instruments, and managing complex issues.
- Proven track record as a trusted HR Business Partner operating independently in challenging environments, with a strong ability to influence outcomes and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- The capacity to balance operational ER/IR casework with contributing to strategic projects and driving forward-thinking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, Awards, and Agreements, with local government experience considered advantageous.
- Resilience, confidence, and independence to deliver high-quality results without supervision.
