Human Resources Transformation Specialist
This role involves supporting the transformation of human resources processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR/IR transformation, consultation activities, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement detailed consultation plans to ensure smooth transformation of HR processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs for consultation packs, briefing materials, guides, scripts, and FAQs.
- Maintain accurate version control of all published materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support updates to position descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and role statements.
- Proven experience in HR/IR transformation processes and consultation activities.
- Familiarity with clause 11 consultation processes within government regulations.
- Background in change and communication roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
