HR Generalist Transformation Opportunity

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Organisational Design and be able to provide comprehensive HR expertise and guidance. This includes supporting organisational change, conducting role mapping exercises, and collaborating on position description updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with transformational change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in industrial relations and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
