Job Overview

As an AI Solutions Sales Expert, you will be instrumental in driving our sales objectives and enhancing the adoption of our innovative AI offerings.

Your core responsibilities will focus on two main areas: achieving sales targets and empowering the sales team to excel in AI sales. If you have a solid history of surpassing sales goals, a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to motivate a sales team, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

  1. Assume complete responsibility for sales quotas and actively pursue exceeding expectations.
  2. Work collaboratively with the sales team to create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting ambitious sales goals.

Client Engagement:

  1. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, identifying their business challenges and utilizing a value-driven sales approach to align AI solutions with their objectives.
  2. Serve as a strategic consultant, offering insights on how our AI products can specifically address client needs, and work together to create aligned roadmaps.

AI Sales Empowerment:

  1. Provide expertise on AI solutions to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in AI sales interactions.
  2. Design and deliver training sessions to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills in effectively promoting and selling AI products.

Value-Based Selling Approach:

  1. Develop and implement a value-based selling strategy to enable our sales teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate value selling best practices throughout our operations.

AI Product Development Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the product development team to tailor our AI solutions to meet client specifications.
  2. Provide constructive feedback from client interactions to support ongoing product improvements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a focus on Conversational AI solutions.
  3. At least 10 years of experience in contact center sales or related fields within customer experience.
  4. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversational AI sales, including use cases based on consumption.
  5. Results-driven with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Thorough knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their application to improve customer and agent experiences in contact centers.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Willingness to travel as necessary.
