Job OverviewAs an AI Solutions Sales Expert, you will be instrumental in achieving our revenue targets and fostering the growth and adoption of our innovative AI offerings.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around two primary domains: taking full responsibility for achieving sales objectives while enabling the sales team to excel in AI sales. Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
- Assume complete responsibility for sales quotas and actively pursue the attainment of and surpassing targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and reaching ambitious sales goals.
Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their business challenges and utilizing a value-driven sales approach to align AI solutions with their objectives.
- Serve as a strategic consultant, offering insights on how our AI offerings can specifically meet client needs, and work together to create roadmaps that align with their aspirations.
AI Sales Empowerment:
- Provide expert knowledge on AI solutions to the sales team, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in AI sales interactions.
- Design and deliver training sessions to equip sales teams with the expertise and skills necessary to effectively market and sell AI products.
Value-Based Selling Approach:
- Develop and implement a value-based selling framework to enable our sales teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate value-based selling best practices throughout our operations.
AI Development and Feedback Integration:
- Work closely with the product development team to tailor our AI solutions to meet client specifications.
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions to guide ongoing product improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying sales position focused on Conversational AI solutions.
- A minimum of 10 years in contact center sales or related roles within the customer experience sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in Conversational AI sales, including consumption-based AI applications.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical application to enhance customer and agent experiences in contact centers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
