Position OverviewAs an AI Sales Specialist at Zendesk Pty Ltd, you will be instrumental in driving our sales objectives and promoting the adoption of our innovative AI solutions.
Your role will focus on two primary aspects: taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets while equipping the sales team to effectively market AI solutions. If you have a successful history of reaching sales goals, a solid grasp of AI technologies, and the ability to enhance a sales team's performance, we welcome your interest.
Key Responsibilities- Assume complete accountability for sales quotas and actively pursue exceeding set targets.
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team to formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at revenue growth and achieving high sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their business challenges and utilizing a value-driven sales approach to align AI solutions with their objectives.
- Serve as a strategic consultant, offering insights on how our AI offerings can uniquely fulfill client needs, and collaborate to create aligned roadmaps.
- Provide expertise on AI solutions to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to excel in AI-related sales interactions.
- Design and conduct training sessions to empower sales teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively market and sell AI products.
- Implement a value selling framework to enable our sales teams to proficiently communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate value selling best practices throughout our operations.
- Collaborate closely with product development to tailor our AI solutions to meet client specifications.
- Gather and relay valuable feedback from client interactions to support ongoing product improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a focus on Conversational AI solutions.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales related to contact centers or similar customer experience roles.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Conversational AI sales, including use cases based on consumption.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in enhancing customer and agent experiences in contact centers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
