As a seasoned HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional team and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the regional people strategy, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and delivering exceptional HR solutions.

The Role

This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a meaningful impact on the business. As the HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive people-related initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective people strategies that align with business objectives
  • Developing and championing regional initiatives around talent management, employee experience, and inclusion & diversity
  • Leading and coaching a local people team to deliver operational excellence and strategy implementation
  • Building strong relationships to drive performance and achieve business outcomes
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and ensuring fair outcomes
  • Applying commercial acumen to people activities and managing industrial relations matters efficiently

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR Manager role, ideally within a professional services or construction industry
  • Proven knowledge and passion for delivering contemporary HR practices
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature to lead a team to success
  • Ability to solve complex problems, think strategically, influence, plan, and execute
  • An adaptable nature with the ability to see opportunities and challenges from different perspectives
