**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greet and Assist Guests**: Meet and greet guests, verify identification, process payments, and provide room keys.
  • **Reservations and Administration**: Assist with reservations, perform administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail, and maintain accurate records.
  • **Communication and Problem-Solving**: Handle phone calls and emails, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Local Information and Services**: Provide information on local attractions, dining options, transportation, and other services to enhance the guest experience.
  • **Guest Complaints and Resolution**: Handle guest complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • **Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Environment**: Ensure that reception and public areas are kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
