We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our Elizabeth practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and welcome them to our centre.
  • Collect and enter patient information into our database.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role.
