Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests, process check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with luggage, book transportation, make restaurant reservations, and arrange for tours and activities.
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, high standard of personal presentation, and a true understanding of unparalleled customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
