About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to manage and support trials across various business units within the South East Asia territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic business objectives and performance measures.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of trials to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical sales support and expertise to clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to clients in the Asia-Pacific region to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
  • Analyze trial data to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Trade Qualified or Bachelor Degree)
  • Proven experience in process equipment, pump technology, and the aftermarket sector, particularly in slurry pumps or Weir Warman Pump.
  • Strong technical sales background with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel and work in both office and field environments.
What You Will Gain
