A strategic leader is sought to drive the Townsville branch toward excellence, profitability, and industry-leading standards. As the Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the branch into a model of safety, operational success, and customer satisfaction within the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive productivity and efficiency by setting ambitious targets and ensuring consistent performance measurement.
  2. Champion service excellence by elevating service standards and delivering the "Perfect Transaction" experience to every customer.
  3. Achieve financial goals by leading the branch to meet or exceed budget targets through strong, supportive direction.
  4. Lead the branch to create a positive, harmonious workplace by promoting teamwork and cooperation across all levels.
  5. Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and dangerous goods management.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a management role, with a strong track record in transportation or a related field.
