At Team Global Express, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Townsville branch towards excellence in safety, operational success, and customer satisfaction within the transportation industry.

About the Role

This pivotal position ensures our Townsville branch not only meets but exceeds expectations in safety, service quality, and profitability. You'll be instrumental in translating regional, state, and national business plans into actionable goals for the branch.

As a Branch Manager, you will work closely with an experienced management team, focusing on sustainable growth through succession planning and team development.

You'll have the opportunity to set new standards in operational excellence, uphold ethical practices, and ensure all facets of our road and air freight services deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Productivity & Efficiency: Set ambitious targets and ensure consistent performance measurement to maximize productivity.
  • Champion Service Excellence: Elevate service standards and deliver the "Perfect Transaction" experience to every customer.
  • Achieve Financial Goals: Lead the branch to meet or exceed budget targets through strong, supportive direction.
  • Leadership & Vision: Model our vision, mission, and values, fostering a high-performance culture in line with our strategic business plan.
  • Build Teamwork & Collaboration: Promote teamwork and cooperation across all levels of the branch to create a positive, harmonious workplace.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and dangerous goods management.
