Are you a Mechatronics graduate with a passion for sales? This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical background in a dynamic sales environment. We are seeking a driven individual to enhance our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential and existing customers regarding our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers during customer visits and independently conduct market research through sales calls.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate how our products meet customer requirements in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and marketing initiatives.
  • Work alongside Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to design and propose optimal solutions for clients.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any accounting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the full range of products across our Industrial Automation divisions.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and applications relevant to our industry.
  • Adhere to internal processes related to sales, engineering, and service.
  • Engage in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in industrial automation equipment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively showcase our product offerings.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Driver's License.
