We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to spearhead our regional enablement strategy. The ideal candidate will drive the localization of global programs and ensure that our sellers and managers in APJ are empowered to succeed from day one.

About the Role
  • Regional Enablement Execution - Localize and deliver global enablement programs across APJ markets, fostering a culture of success and growth.
  • Main Point of Contact for APJ Sales Leadership and Frontline Managers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective enablement strategies.
  • Sales Foundations & Manager Enablement - Reinforce core sales competencies within APJ teams, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • New Hire Onboarding & Ramp - Partner with training teams, people operations, and sales managers to deliver role-specific onboarding and accelerate ramp readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and revops to support product launches, process changes, and go-to-market initiatives in APJ.
  • Program Insights & Optimization - Monitor engagement, adoption, and feedback on enablement programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
