Job Title: Lead Learning Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning strategy efforts, driving excellence in student experience and teacher capability. As Lead Learning Strategist, you will shape and execute strategic initiatives, promoting innovation in teaching and learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality learning design processes, enhancing learner experiences and outcomes.

  • Lead teams, manage staff performance, and mentor staff to achieve best practice in learning-centric environments.

  • Drive complex education-based projects, building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Cultivate innovative tools, methodologies, and pedagogies, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and practices.

  • Support program development in regulatory environments, leveraging industry expertise and pathways.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, ENABLING COLLABORATIVE LEARNING ECOSYSTEMS.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and expertise in leading operational teams in educational settings.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-level projects, strategic initiatives, and team leadership.

  • Proven track record of driving innovation, improving teacher capability, and integrating new learning practices.

  • Able to use diverse metrics to inform strategic decisions, achieving superior outcomes for students and employers.

  • Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards, particularly in vocational education.
