
Regional Enablement Director

Overview:
This role is responsible for leading a team of enablement professionals to develop and implement APAC-wide strategies, content, and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets.
The Senior Enablement Manager will be the owner of the APAC Strategic Capabilities Roadmap and lead the team who will interface with GTM and other Product-related teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement APAC-tailored enablement strategies that align with business objectives while addressing unique regional needs.
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic workforce development plans.
- Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks.
- Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance, professional growth, and effective regional execution.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand regional priorities, secure buy-in for initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Establish and track regional KPIs while strategically allocating resources to maximize value creation and maintain capacity.
- Pilot and implement new enablement approaches that address unique market challenges and learning preferences.
- Ensure all enablement initiatives deliver measurable outcomes that support business growth objectives across diverse markets.
