**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team, providing exceptional client service and supporting our programs. As a key point of contact for our School Services program, you will work closely with the Client Experience team and manage multiple responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding programs and services
  • Support customers in identifying suitable programs and services to meet their needs
  • Allocate staff to bookings and work with our CRM system
  • Onboard clients from lead generation to appointment bookings and invoicing

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client service environment
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills and strong communication abilities
  • Experience working with online systems and managing client feedback
  • A commitment to ensuring service delivery is respectful and welcoming to diverse communities
