Client Experience Administrator

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team, providing exceptional client service and supporting our programs. As a key point of contact for our School Services program, you will work closely with the Client Experience team and manage multiple responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding programs and services
- Support customers in identifying suitable programs and services to meet their needs
- Allocate staff to bookings and work with our CRM system
- Onboard clients from lead generation to appointment bookings and invoicing
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a client service environment
- Demonstrated project coordination skills and strong communication abilities
- Experience working with online systems and managing client feedback
- A commitment to ensuring service delivery is respectful and welcoming to diverse communities
