Parts Sales and Service Manager

- Develop and maintain relationships and improve service levels with our dealer network.
- Sell parts and associated products to dealers within their region and in line with budgeted targets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to maximise revenue and profitability from our current portfolio of dealers.
- Conduct regular structured dealer visitations in line with departmental policies and targets.
- Proactively source pipeline opportunities in line with agreed markets allocated.
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities of products.
- Provide technical and product expertise about parts to dealers.
- Support dealers in their operations by providing advice and expertise in parts specifications, parts requirements, and stock levels as appropriate for their business and their customers.
We require candidates with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or significant industry experience and knowledge with heavy truck chassis and engine.

- Analytical Thinking - Preventative problem solver with an advanced ability to navigate complex issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

- Proven commercial and financial acumen with a demonstrated capability managing profit and loss and capturing every sales opportunity.
- A structured and methodical approach with the ability to think outside the square.
