National Sales Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our national wholesale team at Auto Parts Group (APG). As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients across Australia and developing strategies to drive growth in our wholesale sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. You will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with state managers and the national contact centre manager to provide a national approach to APG's wholesale customers
- Work with the GM sales & operations, group manager – sales, and GM finance to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, profit, and other key financial performance objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities and formulate strategies in line with business expansion plans
**What We Offer**
