Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch support, coordinating with field service professionals, and contributing to team performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through calls, emails, and live chat to identify issues and find solutions.
  • Log issues in our ticketing systems and update customer platforms while verifying contract details and entitlements.
  • Coordinate with field service professionals to dispatch service work orders and ensure timely issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's performance by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  • High School Certificate or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer support is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Able to follow processes and procedures accurately.
  • High attention to detail for accurate recording and management of customer information and data is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently is expected.
  • Sound computer literacy is a must.
  • Self-sufficient and able to think outside the box.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts is preferred.
