Job Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ryde, Sydney.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will manage all account and administrative matters with a customer-centric approach via emails and phone.

You will conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to ensure accurate meter readings, invoicing, and achievement of account targets. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate customer records, manage account updates, and ensure timely capture of meter readings via phone, email, and online platforms.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
