Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee direct support and case management for young people. This role involves team supervision, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring that our young people receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of residential care workers, conducting regular supervisions and fostering a supportive team environment.

• Develop, manage, and review individualized plans for young people, addressing their specific needs and goals.

• Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to ensure a cohesive approach to youth support.

• Undertake mandatory reporting and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Attend and participate in regular supervision, team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and inter-agency meetings.

• Provide direct care support by completing shifts as needed, ensuring continuity of care and support for the young people.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or a related field.
  • Proven experience in youth services management, including program oversight and staff supervision.
  • Thorough understanding of Child Protection principles and experience working with government and non-government agencies.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
