Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Community Development Lead - Youth Programs to support the delivery of PCYC's Respectful Relationships Program suite. The role will focus on fostering evidence-based programming, adhering to best practice principles, and meeting the goals of PCYC.

About the Role

The Community Development Lead will work closely with PCYC Clubs to deliver the Respectful Relationships Program suite, undertaking project work on a regular basis and playing a key role in the management of youth programs and community development. They will also coordinate professional development opportunities for Club staff to deliver programs effectively.

Your Background
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Community and/or Youth Development role along with relevant post-secondary qualification to at least undergraduate level
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and programs
  • Hold a current driver's licence or a light rigid driver's licence, and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to remuneration, they will enjoy generous not-for-profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per annum tax free. Flexible work options are available, including working from home, hybrid arrangements, monthly RDO, 9-day-fortnight, compressed hours and more.
