**Support Young People in Darwin through a Groundbreaking Pilot Program**
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Youth Family Violence Practitioner to join our innovative pilot program, aimed at supporting 16-24-year-olds at risk of or experiencing family violence. This role will focus on early intervention and co-case management, working closely with existing youth services.
The successful candidate will lead community workshops to educate young people on healthy relationships, warning signs, and safety. They will also collaborate with other youth services to provide wraparound support, ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of these vulnerable individuals.

**About the Role**
- Work one-on-one with youth, using early intervention and co-case management approaches
- Lead community workshops to educate young people on relationships, warning signs, and safety
- Collaborate closely with other youth services to provide wraparound support
**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree or REC 209 qualification (those interested in studying a Grad Cert will also be considered)
- Experience in family violence or youth services (group facilitation skills highly regarded)
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe practices for youth
**Salary and Benefits**
This full-time, fixed-term position offers a competitive salary package of $97k - $101k per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits. Additionally, relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available to support your move to Darwin.
