About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough keyword and entity research to develop innovative and integrated SEO campaigns.

With a strong understanding of website architecture and technical elements of web design, you will work closely with our content team to make SEO recommendations and optimise new content. This includes ensuring that website content is aligned and optimised for search engines to drive organic web traffic.

You will regularly report to the business on web traffic, page ranking, and SEO performance. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the team to develop and execute a site-wide SEO strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and maximise organic web traffic
  • Conduct keyword and entity research to inform SEO campaign development
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new content
  • Monitor and troubleshoot web errors and indexing issues through regular web crawls
  • Engage with business stakeholders to deliver high-performing SEO campaigns
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus and performance-based reviews. You will also enjoy a hybrid working environment, with the option to work up to 60% from home.
