Marketing Strategy Specialist

This is a Senior Associate, CRM Marketing role at Doordash, one of the leading companies in Australia. As a key member of their marketing team, you will have the opportunity to create strategic programs and communications to increase customer retention and engagement.
### About the Role
In this position, you will report to the Manager of Retention Marketing and focus on critical segments across the customer lifecycle, identifying ways to deliver personalized messages to customers through various channels. You will be responsible for managing ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs, including optimization of existing programs and development of new ones. This will also involve testing and scheduling emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions, as well as managing communications reporting dashboards and making recommendations based on results.
### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic programs to increase customer retention and engagement
- Manage and optimize ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs
- Test and schedule emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions
- Monitor trends and make recommendations based on results
### Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing, deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms, and basic knowledge of analytics tools (SQL proficiency a plus). Additionally, you should have knowledge of email industry best practices, including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics, as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
