We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Global & Corporate business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and develop colleagues within Aon to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business by providing insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and wider Aon Global network to deliver optimized outcomes for clients.
- Ensure client and portfolio profitability is maintained through effective risk management and business development strategies.

Requirements- Proven experience in servicing a portfolio of clients, with a strong track record of success.
- Extensive experience within the Insurance market, with a focus on retail clients and multinational service delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions.
- Experience in handling large claims and excellent cross-selling abilities.
- High level of understanding of client profitability and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities, including attracting, retaining, and growing clients.
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with exceptional communication abilities.
- High degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach.
