Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop colleagues within Aon to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and wider Aon Global network to deliver optimized outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure client and portfolio profitability is maintained through effective risk management and business development strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in servicing a portfolio of clients, with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive experience within the Insurance market, with a focus on retail clients and multinational service delivery.
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions.
  • Experience in handling large claims and excellent cross-selling abilities.
  • High level of understanding of client profitability and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional client relationship management capabilities, including attracting, retaining, and growing clients.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with exceptional communication abilities.
  • High degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach.
