- Work closely with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimized outcomes for clients.
- Ensure client and portfolio profitability is maintained through effective risk management and business development strategies.
- Proven experience and success in servicing a portfolio of clients, with a strong track record of business growth and client retention.
- Extensive experience within the Insurance market, with a strong understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions.
- Experience in handling large claims and providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent cross-selling abilities and a keen entrepreneurial spirit with a flair for business development.
- A high level of understanding of client profitability and a strong ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities, including attracting, retaining, and growing clients.
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with exceptional communication abilities.
- A high degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach.
