Job Summary:

This is a brand-new leadership role within a Centre-of-Excellence, responsible for overseeing the HR shared services team across the organisation. The successful candidate will deliver a positive employee experience by providing outstanding customer service and support to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR Shared Services team and provide strategic support on the execution of core activities required of the team.
  • Drive focus on process improvement, governance, and standard operating procedures to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Be the first point of contact for matters escalated to the team.
  • Provide administrative support and guidance/assistance to other HR team members and line managers for assigned HR activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR function to provide assistance and support for projects.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and uplift of our Onboarding system.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience in HR, with prior experience within a shared services environment.
  • Ideal experience with Successfactors or similar platforms.
  • A quick learner with an eye for detail, enjoying opportunities to refine systems and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
