Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Level Executive Coordinator to support our Chief People Officer. This role is critical in managing interactions with our board and senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to make connections across the business and develop principles for timely diary management and executive support. You will be passionate about organisational efficiency and making a positive impact.

You will work closely with the Executive team to provide comprehensive support, including proactive diary and email management, meeting preparation, and presentation development. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders across our business will be essential in achieving our goals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level, supporting C-suite executives;
  • A solution-focused mindset and ability to suggest solutions to complex issues;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
