Patient Services Manager

Your RoleAs a Patient Services Manager at our Claremont clinic, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic from an administrative perspective. This includes delegating tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators, managing and mentoring a team of Administrators, and providing quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operation of the clinic from an administrative perspective.
- Delegate and assign tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators.
- Manage and mentor a team of Administrators.
- End of month and pre-end of month reporting.
- Manage clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI Billing, and yearly fee estimates.
- Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
- Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management.
- Familiarity with intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
- Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin highly regarded.
- Demonstrated excellent time management.
