Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Manager to join our team at City Fertility. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our clinic, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Manage the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective, including delegation and assignment of tasks to your team.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and support.
- Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Requirements
- Health/medical administration management experience, preferably in a fertility or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with intermediate healthcare IT platforms and a strong understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of administrators.
- Highly effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Bi-lingual skills, with English and Mandarin being highly regarded.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
