Your Role

As an IVF Nurse Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing patient treatment cycles/programs. You'll provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients, conduct patient education meetings, and coordinate and manage patient medical administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage patient medical administration
  • General operational admin in support of the clinic
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned and passionate IVF Nurse Coordinator who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you'll bring the following to the role:

  • Dedicated Experience: High level of understanding of clinical nursing
  • Industry Know-How: Donor and Surrogacy experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced understanding of Assisted Reproductive Technology procedures
  • Patient Focus: A supportive and thoughtful approach to patient care.
  • Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to the above, we also require:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree (Registered Nurse)
  • Practices in accordance with:
    • Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses.
    • National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards.
