Your Role:
As a Patient Services Administrator working across both our Claremont clinic, you will:
- Work as a Medical Receptionist.
- Assist the Patient Services Manager in the daily operation of our clinics.
- Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step.

- Dedicated Experience: A minimum of 6 months in health/medical administration
- Customer Focus: A minimum of 6 months in customer service.

- Industry Know-How: Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Communication Mastery: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
