Job Opportunity

The settlements team plays a crucial role in ensuring retail contracts are thoroughly checked and accurate before activation. You will collaborate with internal sales staff and external partners to facilitate day-to-day operations.

This role requires working on Saturdays from home (7:30am-4pm) with an additional day off during the week as compensation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to dealerships, promoting a positive attitude and message.
  • Evaluate customer documentation for compliance with regulations, legislation, and policies.
  • Foster business efficiency by driving change and improving processes.
  • Cater to daily transactions within required time frames, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to ensure timely and efficient transaction reviews and settlement.
  • Assist stakeholders with post-settlement queries and issues.
  • Review practices and processes to drive improvements aligned with organisational policy and legislative requirements.
