**Job Opportunity: Settlements Specialist**

The BMW Group is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join their team as a Settlements Specialist. This full-time 2-year contract role based in Mulgrave will provide an exciting opportunity for growth and development within the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities of this role include contributing to the achievement of settlements targets, customer and dealer satisfaction, providing and maintaining sound market knowledge, aligning operational processes with guidelines, identifying improvement potentials and implementing solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and maintaining and improving credit quality, partner and customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent relationship building and people skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of VCE completion or equivalent is required, with tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business being an advantage. At least 2 years of General Banking or Finance experience is also essential, with previous automotive finance industry experience preferred.
