Job Title: Key Transaction SpecialistAs a Key Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of customer documentation in accordance with regulations, legislation, and policies. You will provide a high level of customer service to the dealer network and promote a positive message with a can-do attitude.The Settlements Team is a pivotal department that plays a crucial role in ensuring that retail contracts are thoroughly checked and accurate prior to activation and disbursement of funds to the dealer. You will liaise and support internal sales staff and external business partners in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer documentation approved and compliant with regulations, legislation, and policies.
  • Ensure daily transactions are attended to within required time frames and provide corrective action where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are reviewed and settled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in reviewing practices and processes to drive improvements and meet organisational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to foster a culture of best practice by ensuring outstanding attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in finance and service industry or regulated work environment preferred.
  • Customer service focused with strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Degree qualified preferred.
